Changing recipe please note : boil beet with cucumber or carrot large pieces in cooker until it’s soft. Then cut in small pieces. If it’s one bowl the half bowl of curds. Coriander, salt, sugar as per taste. Mix. Treat with curry leaves cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Thanks for comment that helped me to update the post because I experimented more.

But just informing I only use curd and at times even if I use curd from the market when I am not able to set at home…but that’s also ok with me which I m sure not ok with you though!

Boiling curd ?
I don’t get that.
But I do make raita a lot at home in summer. Good for digestion.
Even without boiling if you temper with mustard seed and curry leaves I guess it will taste as good and will be healthy as well.

Once for my sake boil small pieces of beat tomato coriander matar in already tadka (curry leaves, mustard seeds cumin) given in curds, for 8 minutes in oven, let it be soft like cucumber and then tell me 🌹
